By purchasing an APEX experience, you acknowledge and agree
to the following conditions:

• Minimum age is 12 years due to insurance requirements.
• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a
  responsible adult.
• Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times while accessing
  pit and team areas.
• Motorsport is inherently dangerous. Guests enter pit and
  competition areas at their own risk and must comply with all venue, event,
  insurance and safety requirements.
• Guests must follow all directions from APEX representatives,
  event officials and team personnel. Anyone behaving dangerously, failing to
  follow instructions or affected by alcohol or drugs may be removed from the
  experience without refund.
• Pit, team and behind-the-scenes access is subject to event
  regulations and operational requirements. Access to certain areas may be
  restricted or changed at any time for safety, racing or operational reasons.
• The advertised itinerary and timings may change due to
  racing schedules, weather, mechanical issues, event delays or circumstances
  outside APEX's control.
• Driver and team interaction is subject to their race-night
  commitments. While access will be provided, specific or uninterrupted time with
  drivers or team members cannot be guaranteed.
• Catering is provided by an external supplier. APEX cannot
  guarantee that dietary requirements or food allergies can be accommodated or
  that food will be free from specific allergens.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, guests will receive
  priority access to a rescheduled or future APEX experience. Refunds will be
  provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Cancellations received at least 5 days before the event are
  eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within 5 days of the event
  are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Photography and video may be restricted in certain areas at
  the request of the team, venue or event organiser.
• Photography and video may be taken by APEX during the
  experience for promotional and marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to
  appear should advise an APEX representative.
• Bookings may not be resold or transferred to another person
  without prior approval from APEX.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  APEX accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property
  except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read,
understood and accepted these conditions, along with any additional
requirements imposed by the venue, event organiser or participating race team.
